I ate so much Salmon when I was pregnant with Meg that I haven’t been able to smell it let alone eat it in over 8 years!
So I was pleasantly surprised when I started having little cravings for it and before you ask no I’m NOT pregnant! *Grin*
Hubby was so excited at the prospect of being able to have seafood in the house he rushed out to the store to buy it for our tea.
I didn’t think Meg would like it, but she ended up absolutely LOVING it! Go Figure!
So for this weeks Friday Food Fight I’m serving up some pan-seared Salmon, rice with baby tomatoes, and spinach. Yum!
