The other night I was flipping through some of my cookbooks when I came across…
Grilled Greek Chicken Breast with a Tzatziki Sauce! MmmmmYum!
I decided to give it a shot!
I whipped out my Panini grill to cook the chicken and while I got started preparing the marinade, hubby got started on the Tzatziki sauce.
I think we worked well together as the end product looked like the picture in the book, which NEVER happens! 🙂
