Club Hasay and Musical Monday

Well it’s that time of the month again!  No!  Not “that” time of the month, it’s time for HASAY!  If you don’t know what Hasay is click on the cute baby below and get with the program.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a whole heck of a lot to report other than… People around me are shrinking!  Honestly!  I think when I work out it makes me get bigger and the people around me get smaller. 🙂  The good thing is I haven’t gained anything… Well, let me just double check that!  Hang on a minute………

Ummm okay I’ve gained a lb, crap!  But it’s night time and they say you should weigh yourself in the morning right!  Okay so you’re here to see what I’ve been doing?

I’ve been tracking what I’m eating on www.Livestrong.com 

I’ve been working out with free weights three times a week.

We were doing family walks but due to the rainy season we haven’t been going as much as I’d like. 

That’s it folks!  That’s what I’ve been doing!  It seems to be getting me nowhere, it seems I’ve been doing a 2lb Tango, 2lbs up, 2lbs down, 2lbs… you get the jist!  I’m getting a little discouraged, so if you have any tips for me I could really use them.  Hopefully, come Sept. I will be able to say I’m well on my way slender town, but for now I feel like the little engine that could… chugging along… I think I can, I think I can, I think I… Ah screw it, somebody pass me the cookies!  Sigh!

Oh and btw, here’s my Musical Monday, it’s one of the songs I like to listen to while I get my work out on. ENJOY!!

  1. aww man, i can’t get to see the video, due to some restrictions! i’m not sure if i can pass some tips to you on getting slender 🙂 but have u tried dancing continously for a few hours? i did when i was in my teens and it sort of worked. i managed to lose several pounds 🙂

  2. Well it sounds like you’re doing nicely up on the HASAY wagon. Who cares what that stupid scale says. Ok, I know we all secretly care but if you keep it up, you’ll see some results soon. Hopefully winter will roll around soon and you can workout outside without dying from the heat or being soaked from the rain. HAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAH. Like that funny joke? Winter in FL? I crack me up. 😉

  3. Water! Water! Water! Or at least that is what everyone else tells me! So far? Not sure it is helping, but I sure do pee a lot! 🙂

    I had been doing that Tango too. Back on WW (online) and that seems to help me keep track of what I’m eating and now much activity I have. I need things written out or my brain turns to mush. Good luck. You’ll get there. Love the new site, by the way.
